The Afaq programme — Strengthening Open and Innovative Partnerships (PRPOI) — is co-financed by the European Union and implemented in partnership with the Kingdom of Morocco over the 2026–2030 period. With a budget of €10 million (100 million dirhams), it aims to strengthen civil society's contribution to public action through digital transformation, financial viability, action research and multi-stakeholder coordination.
